Brand: Zero Co

As incoming CMO for Zero Co, I devised a 12 - 18 month brand and communications strategy deep diving into the current state of play, brand architecture, communications and media, creative ideas, and budgeting. Balancing brand and performance, drawing on foundational marketing science and creative effectiveness principles, and ultimately prioritising boundary pushing creative work, this strategy underpinned the direction of the brand going forward.
