Death of the happy accident; The future of serendipity in an AI World:
Serendipty is the most underrated creative tool we have. At work, in our social lives, in our thoughts. It can produce ground breaking ideas, fortuitous meetings or introductions, all the while leading us into newThoughts on digital echo chambers, coincidence, and 'chance'.

Everyone has a 'happy accident' story, some are life changing, I re-met my now finacé having not seen or contacted her for 6 years, sitting out the back of a bar on her own.

As a supposed "creative" person, i'd like to think serendipity, in it's many forms is my super power. Connecting random thoughts, ideas, words, people...whatever it takes, to come up with new ideas that answer a brief or solve a problem that i'm working on. Life without it gives me goosebumps. But here we are, in the year 2020, when at every turn there is an article or prominent thought leader talking about AI, predictive algorithms getting even smarter, and robots doing stuff for you before you think you need to do them. Creepy or cool?
